Decided to have supper from here and went inside to order as not real sure what they had besides tacos lol . The young man that helped me was real patient and knew the menu well was helpful and seemed to not mind the extra questions. The drive thru was busy at the same time and did not rush me. I sat and waited not long considering the drive thru had orders and mine was bigger. Got it home all was very good and tacos were delicious and a long crunchy meat filled taco and the burrito was so big my husband had a hard time finishing and the little dessert fruit filled items were yummy. Mexi fries yum Not something we do often from there but will definitely be back for more . Great job to who was making the food and the young man working front end .

Had a taco craving, and google told me taco time was close by. Right when we got to the front counter, we were treated with awesome customer service. Even when my daughter changed her mind while ordering, lol. Food really hit the spot, and they even brought it out to our table and asked if we needed anything else....this kind of customer service from a fast food place just amazed us bc people. Highly recommend this location for great staff and awesome food.
Nicest taco time I’ve been too! Keely our was so sweet taking our order and Amika cooked the most amazing crispy burrito bowls and mexi fries! So nice to have such great service and fresh food!!! Thank you!!!!

I don't eat fast food often, but I've been here twice now. Kind and patient customer service is hard to find, but there's certainly no lack here. Amika and Benni, I believe their names are, hooked me up with top notch service, smiles, delicious food, and my favorite - extra hot sauce! Next time I get the urge for delicious fast food and great customer service, you know where I'll be going. Thank you thank you!!
Long time Taco Time fan. I have been to most of the stores in North & Central Alberta. Sylvan is my new favorite (since St Albert closed) Clean store, nice extra decorating touches, fresh tasty food, wonderfully accommodating staff. I have a custom order Burrito that I have developed over the years. The lovely ladies @Sylvan listened to me & made it just how I like it. Well done ladies (I should have asked your names) See you again next trip.
